Chiropractor researched local organic game for healthier lifestyles
Fort Mill, SC – Dr. Robert Cynowa visited three local farms he found through the Knowyourfarms.com tour. He was able to find the best farms to get organic, non-steroid, hormone /antibiotic free animals that are free range, free roaming, and grass fed.
"When it comes to the best local organic beef, chicken, eggs, milk and pork we now know the best options for our patients," says Cynowa. “I visited three farms which I predetermined would be closest to the best organic operations in the area.” This research is all in an effort to advise his patients about having healthier lifestyles which include eating habits, exercise, and chiropractic care.
The 2nd Annual Charlotte Area Farm Tour took place the weekend of September 18-19, 2010. Knowyourfarms.com gives individuals and families the opportunity to learn about local farms, place and pick-up orders, schedules, maps, and more. The farm tours are self-guided.
